Grind semolina in grinder. In a fine powder like maida

In a bowl add semolina, curd,salt,baking soda, oil(moin),knead a soft dough, keep for 10 minutes

Knead properly to soft the dough

Roll like a thick chapati,and cut in namakpara shape
- 5
Fry in low tao medium flame till golden brown
- 6
Mix red chili powder, chaat masala powder, and sprinkle on hot namakpara
- 7
Store after cool namakpara
