Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupself rising flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2apples, any type but preferably starch apples for more flavor
  4. Sugar
  5. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate apples, mix with eggs

  2. 2

    Mix in flour. Add water to desired consistency. Do not over mix.

  3. 3

    Add in salt and sugar to taste

    Let mixture rest for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Lightly grease pan, heat, and put 1/4 cup of mixture.

  6. 6

    Wait until bubbles appear then flip.

  7. 7

    Cook both sides until cooked.
