5 minutes of home-made condensed milk is the best thing to use in Indian Mithai & Desserts. It's easy & made in a jiffy . Sometimes you may decide to make a mithai at home & not have condensed milk & other times your recipe may not require the whole tin & then you don't know what to do with the rest of it .It's easy & quick & you can make just the amount you require.
