Ingredients

30 minutes
for Sweet tooth
  • 4Ripe Banana
  • 3/4 cupJaggery
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 5 tbspGhee (total)
  • 10-12cashew almond
  • 1 tspcardamom powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make all ingredients ready.
    Dessolves the jaggery in the water.
    Mash the Bananas.

    Take 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan to roast the almond and cashews and Transfer in a dish and cut them in a small pieces.
    now the same pan adds another Ghee and wheat flour.
    Roast till the flour gets light and smells aroma.

    Now add mashed bananas and mix well with the flour
    When they merged properly,sieve the Jaggery water in it together with half of cashew almond flakes and cardamom powder,mix well.

    When Ghee separates from the mixture and it starts binding like a dough, Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and level it.
    Sprinkle remaining nut flakes and cut it in desire shapes.
    Enjoy Yummy, unique and healthy burfi..
