Make all ingredients ready.
Dessolves the jaggery in the water.
Mash the Bananas. - 2
Take 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan to roast the almond and cashews and Transfer in a dish and cut them in a small pieces.
now the same pan adds another Ghee and wheat flour.
Roast till the flour gets light and smells aroma. - 3
Now add mashed bananas and mix well with the flour
When they merged properly,sieve the Jaggery water in it together with half of cashew almond flakes and cardamom powder,mix well. - 4
When Ghee separates from the mixture and it starts binding like a dough, Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and level it.
Sprinkle remaining nut flakes and cut it in desire shapes.
