Steps

In a mixing bowl, take bananas. Mash well. Then add chatua powder and mix.

Next add fresh chena and freshly grated coconut. Then add fresh curd and some chilled milk. Mix all very well.

Next add jaggery powder as per taste and mix again. Add grated ginger, cardamom powder and black pepper powder. Mix all gently.

Next add the small chopped fruits. Mix. Then add dry fruits. Mix well. Chatua pana is ready!
If you need drinking consistency for the pana, add chilled milk. Add some more jaggery powder and mix.

Serve chilled! Transfer into glasses. Garnish with some chopped fruits and dry fruits.
