Take a mixer jar add onion coriander leaves green chili ginger garlic grind well and add chicken mince grind lightly

Now transfer into bowl and add besan chat masala garammasala red chili powder coriander powder salt mix well

Now make fine shapes kababs and keep in refrigerator for 30minutes

Take a pan add oil heat and fry and keep aside- Take a mixer jar add tomato grind and keep aside and grind onion green chili ginger garlic and grind curd and brown onion grind fine past keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black peper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf stir add tomato past stir fry to cook well add grind onion mixture stir fry to cook add salt red chiliPowder corianderPowder tarmaricPowder stir fry to cook

Now add fry kababs and add 1 glass water for gravi cook add garammasala coriander leaves stir and keep slow flame for 10minutes and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves green chili

Ready to serve with paratha or naan
