Mash the banana well with a fork and add the peanut butter. Mix until the two ingredients are well combined, then add the flour and knead with your hands until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. If you have a rolling pin, it's better. Use cookie cutters to cut out the cookies. Re-roll any leftover dough and cut out more cookies until all the dough is used. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
