Airfryer roasted Vegetables are an excellent option for an appetizer or a starter. It also is an incredible one for a healthy Brunch or an anytime Snack as well.
The toppings or the ingredients used can be any and many. There are endless options. I preferred them to be simple this time.
Vegetables can be used accordingly as well. I have also done Baby Corn Nuggets. The crunch and the crisper Veggies are a treat to our tastebuds on any given day.
Also the best part is that these are way lot healthier too. They can be made and relished at home so the food is pure hygienic as well. What more can we ask for?
Technology has made our lives easier. So why not put it to a better use for the health and well-being of our loved ones.
Do try these out and Lemon juice can also be used a little for flavour. I didn't use it this time. Any light Oil would do the trick. I have used Olive Oil. That's it. It's absolutely refreshing and flavourful.

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl at first. Toss well so that the veggies get a proper mix.

Place them in an airfryer basket. Preheat your airfryer for a few minutes before actually proceeding with the process.

Roast them for 10-12 minutes on 200°. After done, handle it carefully as it would be very hot. Serve it with any dip of your choice. Enjoy!

Relish these roasted Vegetables with an amazing crunch with any dip or Chutney of one's own choice. It's a best option for a healthy Snacking or Brunch or even as an appetizer. Yum!
