Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2 cupsrava
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. As neededsalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 3/4 cupcurd
  7. 1/4 tspbaking soda or 1 tsp fruit salt
  8. 1/2 tspginger paste
  9. Tempering
  10. 1 tspsesame seeds
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 4-5curry leaves
  14. As neededcoriander leaves
  15. 1 tsplemon juice
  16. 1/2 tspsugar
  17. As neededsalt
  18. 2sliced green chilies

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Whisk it and add water as needed.

    Pour onto a greased plate and Sprinkle some red chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Steam cook for 10-12 minutes. Cool it, make cuts and pour tempering.

    Make tempering in the same manner-Refer link.

  5. 5

    Cut into desired shapes and sizes. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    It's ready. Serve with green chutney.
