  • 1/2 tspbaking soda powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack salt

    Soak horse gram daal with soda powder for 4,5 hours and spread on a cotton cloth to dry

    Fry daal in hot oil till crispy like namkeen

    Mix salt,red chilli powder cumin powder, chaat masala,black salt,and sprinkle on horse gram daal namkeen.
