  • 150 gblue crab
  • 500 mlwater
  • 2 tablespoonmiso
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder (optional)

    Put blue crab in water and boil.

    After boiling, cook crab for 3 minutes. Add miso and Dashi powder.
