Take the Malai and sugar powder in a bowl. Slightly whisk till smooth paste.

Add the he chilled rabadi and mix well. Add the gulkand, 🌹 rose essence and pinch of salt.

Mix well and pour in the pre chilled ice cream mould.

Keep the mould in the freezer for 5 hours. A very delicious refreshing
"Gulkand Rabadi Ice cream"🍨 is ready.
