Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgrinded oats
  2. 1/2 bowlgrated carrot
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1/2 bowlboiled potato
  5. 3-4 tspchopped green chilli
  6. 3-4 tspchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 bowlbread crumbs
  11. SomeOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all veggies take out excess water by pressing with palms,add boiled potato by mashing it add oats and all ingredients except breadcrumbs and mix properly.

  2. 2

    Put some oil in your hands,and give tikkis shape,heat oil in a pan 5-6tsp to shallow fry it,till golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Put in shots glasses chopped salad and places tikkis at the top of it and enjoy.
