In a big mixing bowl add wheat flour, pinch of salt, two tablespoon oil and milk to knead a stiff dough.keep aside for half an hour.

After that make small lemon size balls of dough and make mutkas by pressing it with your hands. Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry all the mutkas on a very slow flame till reddish brown.

After cooling make pieces of mutka.Grind them in a food processor.Add powder sugar, cardamom powder, and ghee as required.

Add cashew nut pieces and raisins.Make big lemon size ladoos.Very healthy, tasty and nutritious too.
