Steam mixed vegetables with 1/2 cup of water.in a pressure cooker.Give it a whistle.Let it cool..

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,green chilli and garlic.Add onion and cook for 3-4 min.Add all the spices,ginger and salt.

Add tomato and mix.Cook it for 3-4 min.

Add all the vegetables,chickpeas,oats and water (2 cups)Mix it well.Cover and cook it for 5 min.

Your power packed masala oats are ready to serve.
