Take a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Roast for 30-40 seconds on medium flame till turn golder brown. Keep aside.

In the same pan add Chana dal, urad dal, rice, black pepper and fenugreek seeds. Roast for 30-40 seconds on low flame till turn golden brown. Keep aside.

In the same pan add dry red chilli, curry leaves. Roast for 30-40 seconds on low flame. Keep aside.

Cool all the spices and add in a mixer grinder. Then add turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida.

Grind to a fine powder. Homemade Sambhar Masala is ready now. Store it in an air tight container and use it for 2-3 months.... 🥰🥰
