Firstly boil green jackfruit with buttermilk and salt in pressure cooker.

Then in a frying pan after heating the butter fry sliced mushrooms moderately with coconut powder. Remember to set aside one spoon of powder for garnishment. Then in a kadai fry mustard seeds and curry leaves gently and add the vegetables one after another until saute it.

Now add the masalas except garam masala and add cashew nuts paste, raisin paste. Cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes with little water. Now add mushrooms and boiled green jackfruit.

Cook it in low medium flame and add the sauces until the gravy becomes oily. Now it is ready so spread garam masala onto the gravy and put off the gas. Now garnish it with coconut powder, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green spring onion leaves.
