75 gsugar powder
50 gsugar
50 gflour
10 gcocoa powder
100 gjelly
80 gchocolate for glazing
60 gbutter
1 teaspoonlemon juice

Beat the egg whites, add sugar when you see the traces of the mixer, add lemon juice

Add flour, cocoa and powdered sugar

Gently mix

Bake 25-30 minutes at 180'
