Ingredients

4 people
  1. 2&1/2 cups Jasmine rice
  2. 2/1 stickgood butter
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 cupraisins
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 600 mlwater (depends on rice)
  7. Italian parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop garlic

    Heat butter and garlic in a pot

    Add rice and sauté until rice become slightly clear

    Add water, raisins and salt

    Close the lid, wait until boiling strongly (Do not open the lid!!!)

  6. 6

    Low heat for 10 minutes (Do not open the lid!!!)

  7. 7

    Stop fire and leave it for 10-15 minutes (Do not open the lid!!!)

  8. 8

    Open the lid and mix rice gently

    Chop persley
