Chettinad Brinjal Curry

Brown fry Jeera, red chillis and garlic and grind it well with salt and stuff the mixture with brinjal.

Add 5 table spoon of oil into the fresh pan then add mustard, bengal gram and black gram in it. Now add the stuffed brinjal into the pan, while the brinjal is cooking add two table spoon of chilli powder and corraiander powder into it.

Let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Ready to serve hot
