  • 500 gpork fillet
  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 400 graw bread crumbs
  • 600 grice oil
  • salt and pepper

    Slice the pork into about 1cm.

  2. 2

    Beat the surface of the meat so that they would be well cooked.

  3. 3

    Season the meat with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Cover the meat with flour, mixed egg, and raw bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Fry the meat on medium heat for eight mins.
