Wash the chicken then put it in a cooking pan and add 1/4 cup of water to the chicken and boil.

Boil the chicken for a ten minutes depending on toughness of the chicken. If the chicken is too tough you can boil for a few more minutes till it is soft and tender.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and 1tbsp of salt while the chicken is still boiling.

When almost all water has finished from the boiled chicken add the diced onions to the chicken add fry the onions till golden brown

Next cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the cooking chicken.

Continue frying for around three minutes and the add 1 tbsp of Royco.

Then add 1/4 cup of water and allow it to boil for 5 more minutes.

Then take a bunch of kales and wash then in cold water, then cut them in small sizes.

Then put 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan. Then add the kales to the pan and sautee them for a few minutes. Do not fry them for long as they will loose there nutritional value.

Then serve while hot with the stewed chicken.
