Many people just boil their noodles and eat without any vegetables. Here's a recipe that can change that I hope you will enjoy.

Cut the onions into ring shapes

Cut the carrots into your desired shape.

Cut the green pepper and coriander.
- 4
Heat the pan and put the cooking oil. Fry the onions, carrots, green pepper and coriander in order.

Boil the noodles in another pan for about 4 minutes.
- 6
Mix the boiled noodles with No.4, stir a bit and add water for the soup.

When it boils, add the seasoning and soy source if you want.

Enjoy your noodles with chopsticks.
