Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbschicken breast
  2. 2 tablespoonsminced onion
  3. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  4. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonfresh milk
  7. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  8. Batter
  9. 1/2 cupcake flour (about 60g)
  10. 2 tablespoonscornstarch (about 20g)
  11. 2 tablespoonscheese powder (about 15g)
  12. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  13. Water, about 1/2 cup (about 100g)

    Once the ingredients are ready, you can start! Cut the chicken breast into strips, then mince until sticky and set aside.

    Mix the above ingredients and marinate to form a meat paste.

    Prepare the batter. Different flours absorb water differently, so if it's too thick, add water to thin it. Wear gloves and dust with cake flour to prevent sticking. Shape the meat paste and coat with batter, then set aside.
