Take the pudina leaves and coriander leaves wash it strain the water from it take it in the mixer grinder add jeera,salt,sugar,green chilli and grind it add some water and make fine paste

Add more water and make the pudina chatani

Soak the tamarind and dates in the water add jaggery soak this mixture for 2 hours now add red chilli powder,jeera,coriander seeds grind this mixture make a fine paste and sieve this mixture add some water as required now put this chatani on the gas on medium flame and cook this for 5 min let it cool.

For ragada soak the white peas in the warm water for 5 to 6 hours.In the cooker cook the white peas and potato for 4 to 5 whistles.Put the kadai on the low flame add some oil,add jeera and turmeric powder and salt as per taste now add this cooked white peas and potato and mash it well.your ragada is ready

In the small pot take yoghurt add some water, salt and sugar mix it well

Take puris add ragada,yoghurt,pudina chatani,tamarind chatani add some shev,coriander leaves and serve it
