Take all the needed ingredients.

Combine quinoa and rice. Wash,soak around 6hrs.
Soak,urud dal and fenugreek around 1 hour. - 3
Transfer the soaked urud dal and fenugreek in to a mixer jar. Grind nicely and transfer to a bowl.

Then add soaked rice,quinoa,salt to the jar. Grind it until it reaches white rava consistency,combine the batter to urud dal mixture. Mix well.

Let's Cover and ferment about 7hrs.

After fermentation,pour the batter on idli plate, place the plate inside the idli steamer and cook around 10 to 13 mts.

Thatsall. Healthy and softy Quinoa idli is ready to serve.
