2 people

1 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupmilk
2eggs
3 tablespoonssugar
2 tablespoonsoil
1 tablespoonbaking powder

Steps

In a bowl,break the eggs and whisk until cloudy.

Add sugar and whisk until well combined.

Add oil, baking powder and flour and whisk until smooth.

Heat your pan on low heat and scoop and pour your butter.
Let it cook until it forms bubbles and flip it.
Repeat the process until done.

When ready serve with your favorite drink.
Enjoy!!
