Seasoned chicken strips
Started to be adventurous with my food...bored of the same old dinners lol

Cut the chicken into slices (longways) so like strips

Put them in a bowl with skimmed milk just filling over the chicken and then add some lemon into the same bowl.

Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Get the flour mix ready while waiting.

Put 2x cup fulls of flour into a new bowl, add all the ingredients listed (powder ingredients)

Heat up the oil so its hot, then turn down to heat number 4.

When the oil is ready and a hot. Pick up a chicken strip, dip it in the flour and then re dip it in the milk mix...(double dip) then flour again till the chicken is covered.

When the chicken is covered, gently put it in the oil and wait for it to fry (15-25 minutes) depending on how crispy you want it.

Repeat this cycle till the pan is frying approx 7-8 chicken strips.

When finished frying, put some tissue on a plate to soak up all the excess oil.

Add some BBQ sauce and enjoy☺
