Take potato

Mash Potato, add salt + green chilli + chopped Coriander + 1 tsp Mustard Oil and mix well.

Make medium size tikki shape, make a smooth batter of roasted Gram Flour + salt + black pepper powder + water and make a thick yet dropping consistency batter.

Dip each Chop in batter and drop in medium heated Oil.
Deep fry till golden brown. - 5
Aloo Chop is done. Serve hot hot.
