Steps

For Mutton Keema - in a bowl add mutton keema, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ghee. Mix

In a mortar & pestle add sliced ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt and make a paste. Add to the keema
In a wok add the keema and cook till water releases

Mix well, make a hole in the centre, add charcoal, with ghee, cloves and give Dhuandhar for 2 mins, set aside. Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix, set aside to cool

For Samose - in a bowl add Maida, ghee, salt and mix, add egg and mix to make a dough

Cover with muslin cloth for 15 mins, smear with ghee, make balls, roll out thin.

Cut into half, take one half, make a cone shape, add the mutton keema filling and close with water on the edges and set aside to complete the batch

In a pan heat oil and add the Samose, fry golden in medium flame, set aside
