Then add ghee and add shevyaa and roast it in ghee for one minutes.

Heat another pan add milk and boil it then add rosted shevya and cook it for 30 seconds,then add sugar,cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix it well. Turn off heat.

Ready your khir garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
