4Bread slice
2 tbspFinely chopped onion
pinchPepper powder
1/2 cupGrated mozzarella cheese
50 gmsButter
Salt - to taste

Take a large bowl mix onion salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the top of the bread now add mozzarella cheese

Heat non-stick pan and grease some butter.
Now place the bread in non-stick pan in a medium flame and cover it till cheese starts melting and it turns into light brown

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
