You can prepare this quick cheesy bun for evening dinner when the guests are arriving.

Firstly, boil the green peas on medium flame. On the other hand, take a pan and add oil. When oil heats, add jeera and chilli- garlic paste. Let the paste gets mixed for a few mins until it releases aroma.

Then add onions and salt to cook onions properly. After 5 mins, add chopped tomatoes and let the veggies get soft for a few mins. Then add boiled peas.

Now, add remaining salt, haldi, chilli powder, dhania jeera powder and pav bhaji masala. Then add pizza pasta sauce and mix everything well and let it cook for a few mins. Add some water drops to get juicy mixture. Add fresh coriander to get better taste.

On tawa spread butter and cut bun with a knife equally and roast both parts well. Apply green chutney on both the buns and spread vegetable mixture on one bun.

Add grated cheese on the top of mixture and cover it with another bun part. Let the bun cook for 1-2 mins at a slow flame until cheese melts. Serve cheesy veg buns with ketchup.
