Ingredients

45 minutes

  • 250 gmraw jackfruit
  • 150 gmrice flour
  • 2 tbsponion garlic paste
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2turmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspAmchur powder
  • 250 gmoil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly boil the Jackfruit pieces and take 1 whistle

    Then mix all the spices with rice flour in 1 bowl and make a thick paste.

    Then take a wok heat the oil and dip the Jackfruit in rice paste and put it in oil for deep fry.

    Now take another wok add 2 tbsp oil and add onion garlic paste and all spices and saute it till it leaves oil.

    Add 2 tbsp rice flour paste in wok and mix it.Then add water in it to make gravy.

    Now add Jackfruit Fritters in it and cover it for five minutes. When its gravy gets thicken off the gas.
