Gongura leaves Sabji

Clean, wash and chop the Gongura leaves.

Take a bowl and add groundnuts, chana dal and 2 teaspoons of fine rice first and soak it in water. Let it soak for at least half an hour. Make potli of it. And boil along with gongura leaves. After cooking discard the water.

Heat oil in a pan and Saute mustard, hing turmeric and crushed garlic, cumin and green chillies. Pour all the mixture cooked in the pressure cooker into the crackling pan. Add salt to taste and add jaggery. Add 1 tablespoon of chana dal flour or sorghum flour to combine the vegetables. And cook for 2,3 minutes

Gongura leaves Sabji is ready to serve.
