Grilled Peppers Marinated with Celery Pesto

Wash the peppers, cut them in half, and remove the seeds and white membranes.

Slice the peppers into thick strips and place them in a container.

Add the celery pesto and mix well. Cover and let marinate for at least two hours.

Preheat a griddle or grill pan. Pour the contents of the container onto the hot surface and cook for 6 minutes with the lid closed. Flip the peppers.

Cook for another 6 minutes with the lid closed. They're ready to serve!
