Take all the ingredients together

Soak murmure in water for ten minutes.Squeez and keep aside.

In a mixer jar add green chillies, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, ginger and grind coarsely.

In a big mixing bowl add squeezed murmure,
sliced onion, chopped palak, chopped coriander leaves, ground masala salt, turmeric coriander powder, chilli powder and cumin seeds. Mix well. - 5
Now add besan and fruit salt and activate it.Mix well by hands.Don't add water.

Heat oil in a karahi.Make vadas pressing by palms.Add this to karahi.Fry till reddish brown from both sides..Serve hot with fried chillies.
