Steps

In a pan boil gud & water till gud melt fully ; add cardamom, sauth
Now add wheat flour & mix it nicely no lumps should be there

Add some saffron cardamom powder,almonds & pistachio
Add little more water & make pouring consistency not very thin you can see the consistency in video

Heat nonstick pan on gas spread little ghee & pour samak or big malpua as per you required I always make small roast both side by applying ghee you can see in pic

Remove in a plate & sprinkle some ground sugar & few slices of almonds

Enjoy garam garam malpua in rainy season
