In the pressure cooker put the beet root and make 1 whistle,let it cool and greet it and cut the onion into small pieces

Make tadaka, take some olive oil in the tadaka pan, add mustard seeds asafoetida,curry leaves,green chilli and pour it on the greeted beetroot.

In the greeted beetroot add yoghurt,onion,salt peanut powder,coriander leaves,black salt mix it well

Serve the kosimbira in the lunch
