Indian Cherries needs to be deseeded by removing the tiny seed present in each of them. In it's juicy and colourful outer covering is embedded a tiny seed. Deseed all of these. After done, add the pieces to a tall serving glass.

Also add mint leaves, sugar or honey. Muddle softly until it's done. Also can add a few slices of lemon but don't muddle them. Just add.

Now add ice-cubes as needed. Top it up with chilled soda. Stir and it's perfectly done.

Serve it super chilled right away. Sugar or honey can be adjusted accordingly. Enjoy!
