Take all the ingredients for Beetroot Sabudana Vada.

Now take bowl and add soaked sabudana to the bowl, Now add finely chopped beetroot, boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped ginger green chillies, coriander and crushed peanut powder to it, Now add salt and black pepper to it,

Now mix all the ingredients together and make vada from it,

Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the wadas on high to medium flame and make it golden brown from both sides. Beetroot Sabudana wadas are ready to serve. Serve hot with yoghurt chutney.
