Ingredients

4 people
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3large or 4 mid mashed banana
  • Raisins
  • 1tspn baking powder
  • 1/2tspn baking soda
  • 2large eggs
  • Vanilla flavor
  • 1 cupsuagr or desired quantity
  • Chocolate chips,coconut and any topping of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mashed the banana put the eggs and sugar

  2. 2

    Mix well add in flour, baking powder,n soda

  3. 3

    Put veg oil and mix well

  4. 4

    Put in a loaf pan sloce banana in top and put all the toppings needed

  5. 5

    Bake n serve
