Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan,add oil and add cinnamon, cloves and crushed ginger garlic,saute. Then add cumin,fennel seeds,chilli powder,coriander powder and half to 3/4 amount of pepper powder. Mix well. According to our tolerance of spiciness,we can add more pepper powder,if needed.

Then add around 4 glasses of (900ml)water. Keep the flame on high and boil. Once it starts boiling,close it and continue boiling,around 8 to 10mts. In the mean time, Ina bowl,crack the egg and whisk.

Then turn off the stove and filter it. Then close it for 5 mts. After that,turn on the flame,and when it starts boiling add egg mixture slowly and stir it. After 2 mins,turn of the stove and sprinkle coriander leaves then serve.
