“First, take a medium-sized bowl and add chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well, then add the Choi sponge gourd and marinate it.”

Take one bowl add grams flour salt,baking soda red chilli powder,turmeric powder and water and make a smooth batter.add Ajwain and mix it.

Take Kadhai add oil,when it hot add spong gourd slice in deep with batter and fry it in golden brown colour.

After fry it ready your sponge gourd paktore serve with tomato sauce.and enjoy
