First of all takes steamed sweet potatoes. Remove the skin and then smash it now add chopped jaggery or powder jaggery in it mix it well now add cardamom powder and then add wheat flour in it

Make a dough and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes then make medium thickness chapati and cut with Puri cutter.

Fry these Puri on medium flame from both sides make it cool and shift into container these puri's you can store for two three days. While travelling you can carry easily these Puri's.
