Ingredients

90 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 lbsturkey or beef
  2. 2large cans crushed tomatoes
  3. 16 ozchicken stock
  4. 1 cankidney beans
  5. 1 canwhite beans
  6. 1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
  7. 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. 1/2 tablespoonpepper
  10. 10 clovesgarlic (MINCED)
  11. 1large onion
  12. 2 cupscheddar cheese
  13. 4 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  14. 1 cantomato paste(small)

Steps

90 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large pot, brown your garlic in olive oil. The heat should be medium-high.

  2. 2

    Add in your chopped onion and sautee

  3. 3

    Add in your meat and break it up with your spatula. Cook until mostly done and browned.

  4. 4

    Add in your tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. stir.

  5. 5

    Add in your chicken stock and mix.

  6. 6

    Cover your pot and let the whole thing simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

  7. 7

    Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy, Perfect meal prep recipe.

  8. 8

    OPTIONAL- Top with fresh avocado and/or cheddar cheese
