In a large pot, brown your garlic in olive oil. The heat should be medium-high.

Add in your chopped onion and sautee

Add in your meat and break it up with your spatula. Cook until mostly done and browned.

Add in your tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. stir.

Add in your chicken stock and mix.

Cover your pot and let the whole thing simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy, Perfect meal prep recipe.

OPTIONAL- Top with fresh avocado and/or cheddar cheese
