Creamy Paneer Matar Curry

First, prepare all the ingredients. Cut the paneer into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden. Set aside.

In the same pan, add 3 tablespoons oil after removing the paneer. Sauté the onions until browned, then add all the spices, cashews, and almonds. Sauté everything well, then add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Once the spices are well cooked, set the mixture aside to cool.

Once the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a blender jar and grind into a smooth paste. If you like, add 1 tablespoon oil to the same pan and lightly sauté the green peas. Then add the ground spice paste and cook for another 4 minutes.

When the peas are cooked through in the masala, add the fried paneer cubes. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Your creamy paneer matar curry is now ready to serve.

Transfer the curry to a serving dish. Garnish with cream and cilantro leaves before serving.
