Soak split mung dal for 3 hours.

Drain and add garlic, chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

In a mixer jar add all these things and salt and cumin seeds.Grind into fine paste

Transfer in the vessel add sesame seeds.Add water as per requirement.

Heat griddle and brush oil.Add two tablespoon mixture and spread.Cook from both sides till brown.Add little oil if required.

Our protein ful chilla is ready to serve.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
