Ingredients

Serves 6-8 servings
  1. 4peaches
  2. 1 cupflour (about 130 grams)
  3. 1 packetbaking powder
  4. 1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
  5. 1/3 cupalmond flour (about 40 grams)
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1/3 cupheavy cream (about 100 ml)
  8. 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 50 grams)
  9. 1little butter for greasing the pan
  10. 2 tablespoonslight brown sugar (about 30 grams)

  1. 1

    Peel the peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice them into pieces. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, almond flour, baking powder, and sugar. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, then the cream and melted butter. Mix well until the batter is smooth and even.

  3. 3

    Grease a round cake pan with butter and sprinkle with light brown sugar. Arrange the peach pieces in a circular pattern on the bottom of the pan.

    Pour the batter over the peaches. Bake for 30 minutes (check doneness with a knife and adjust the time if needed).

    Let the cake cool completely, remove from the pan, and serve. Enjoy!
