Quick & Easy ‘Mentsuyu’ (Noodle Dipping Sauce)

‘Mentsuyu’, Japanese Noodle Dipping Sauce, is a handy sauce to have as it can be used as a seasoning sauce, and it is easy to make. I usually keep a bottle of it in the fridge. However, when it’s run out and I desperately want it for just one serving, I make this Quick & Easy ‘Mentsuyu.’ If you want to make more than 1 serving, see ‘Mentsuyu’ recipe.

*Note: When you are in hurry, you don’t want to bother boiling it, but you should be aware Mirin is alcoholic. It is your choice to boil Mirin only, then add other ingredients.
